๐ Why Essential Oils Support Better Sleep
Aromatherapy works through the limbic system — the part of your brain that controls emotions, stress, and relaxation. Oils like Lavender, Chamomile, Cedarwood, and Frankincense are known to reduce tension and prepare your body for rest.
✨ DIY Sleep Blend Recipes
- 10 drops Lavender
- 6 drops Chamomile
- 4 drops Cedarwood
- 50ml distilled water + 1 tsp witch hazel or alcohol
Shake before each use. Lightly mist pillows & bedding before sleep.
- 5 drops Lavender
- 3 drops Frankincense
- 2 drops Cedarwood
- Fill 10ml roller with carrier oil
Apply to wrists, temples, or behind ears before bed.
- 3 drops Lavender
- 2 drops Chamomile
- 1 drop Eucalyptus
Diffuse 30 minutes before sleep for a calming atmosphere.
- 5 drops Lavender
- 4 drops Peppermint
- 2 drops Eucalyptus
- Mix into 1 cup Epsom salts
Add to a warm bath, stir, and soak for 20 minutes.
- 6 drops Lavender
- 4 drops Lemon
- 2 drops Rosemary
Add to a blank inhaler wick. Use during stressful evenings before bedtime.
